The four Co-Ops working together as a single, trusted partner control 60% of Irelands national quota, giving us access to 3,000 tonnes annually. Each catch is frozen at sea, to preserve peak freshness, texture and nutritional integrity. To ensure consistency, every Langoustine is meticulously hand-graded by size and weight. Full traceability means complete transparency from boat to customer — offering total confidence in quality and provenance.
